Vegetarian Peanut Butter Cookies - They MELT in your mouth!

How can baking cookies ever be quick? You usually have to obtain a scale, then carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the dough to ages, then cut out small cookies in your heart, moon and star shapes then wait the next century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just how I roll. But I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyway.)

Ok, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you receive around Christmas time. Rather they're a little more gooey and don't crumble in any way.

But what largely convinced me was you can have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is they call for just two ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anybody can combine two components.

Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using some add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is Your Choice!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you eat them), however I have to say one more awesome thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the first I finished the rest inside one hour.

They're excellent for hiking trips or other events where you need a quick pleasant bite on the go. Now I keep these as a quick snack in my backpack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, no none of the standard cookie supposes. Just oats and peanuts.

These nutrients include manganese, good for bone production and skin integrity as well as magnesium -- important for energy production to cause you to feel more awake

Same with bananas -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not only because they have a decent quantity of good carbs but for being the huge players in the potassium video game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a difficult day ahead of you.

As you can see, I am a big fan.

Here's a good illustration of if I could have done with a few these biscuits. Sadly, I didn't have them .
